Job Description:
The role is responsible for software development /testing/deployment/debugging process. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good programming skills and familiarity with software applications and tools.
- Knowledge of coding/testing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovative thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages (specific languages like AWS, Java, SQL, or QA testing may be emphasized in some postings).
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Contribute to software development, testing, deployment, and debugging processes in the telecommunications sector.
- Write effective and scalable code/test cases.
- Debug and deploy applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide support for production environments.
- Prepare software development calendars and reports/dashboards on project time deviations, rework time, etc.
- Conduct development testing and report issues to supervisors.
- Identify, track, and resolve bugs, assessing their nature and executing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies.
