Job Description:

As a member of the software engineering division, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Open to recent graduates from batches 2020–2025.
• Experience: Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Java, strong background in SQL/PL-SQL, and familiarity with JavaScript, Kubernetes, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities — able to perform root cause analysis and optimize code 
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting technical work
• Agile mindset: experience working in Scrum or similar iterative methodologies 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

• Understand system and technical requirements to design, develop, test, debug, and troubleshoot software components (databases, applications, REST services) 
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following Oracle standards—often in Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, and other frameworks 
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability (e.g., using CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes) 
• Participate in design discussions, peer code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—QA, Product, Architecture, Performance/Scalability, Customer Support—to ensure end-to-end delivery 
• Assist with root cause analysis, issue resolution, and support activities (potentially including on-call shifts)
