Job Description:

Servotech Inc. is running a mass hiring initiative for Embedded Software Engineers, Mechanical Drafters, Electrical Engineers, Design Engineers, Mechatronics Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Business Analysts. Qualifications & Skills :

Mechanical Drafter Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in mechanical drafting.
  • Proficiency in NX or other CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
  • Manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates with an MS degree will not be considered for this role.

Manufacturing Engineer :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required) (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Strong technical background in manufacturing and process optimization.
  • Experience in process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in project execution and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Mechatronics/Controls Engineer :

  • BS (or higher degree) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field,
  • Course-work in mechatronics, control systems, linear algebra, signal processing, Kalman filter algorithms, electronics, dynamic modeling and simulation, microcontrollers, real time embedded programming,
  • proficient in Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python,
  • good communication skills and ability to work effectively in large teams,
  • must be willing to relocate.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive powertrain control systems
  • Experience in embedded software development.

 

Embedded Software Engineer : 

  • BS (or higher degree) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
  • Course work and experience in computer programming, algorithms, embedded systems and real-time programming, microcontrollers and DSPs, control systems.
  • Knowledge of C/C++ language, Python, Java, Matlab/Simulink.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows /Windows CE development environment using Visual Studio or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with DSpace hardware and software tools.
  • Familiarity with CAN, SAE J1939, ClearCase, Trace 32 Debugger, CANalyzer.

Design Engineer : 

BS, MS or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil  Engineering or related field.

2. Coursework and experience in:

  • mechanical design and using CAD/CAM software tools such as ProE or AutoCAD

  • finite element analysis (FEA) methods and software tools (i.e. ANYS) for structural, thermal, fluid flow (i.e. using FLUENT)

  • Matlab/Simulink software tools

3. Good communication skills and ability to work well in large teams.

Electrical Engineer :

  • BS degree in Engineering with Electrical experience or an Electrical Engineering (EE) degree (Associate’s degrees will not be considered).
  • Entry-level candidates (0-2 years of experience) are welcome.
  • Experience in electrical routing on the machine side is required.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and electrical schematics.
  • Creo experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with harness layout on engines is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to understand complex wiring circuits for test equipment and machines.
  • Ability to read prints and understand requirements needed to produce parts
  • Basic computer software knowledge, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.
  • Project execution to a developed plan
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience on various circuits and components
  • Experience installing/working with harnesses on various applications (knows best practices)
  • Testing of various components

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in testing, preferably on heavy equipment, industrial, automotive
  • Experience using instrumentation – voltmeters, scopes, metrology, data collection devices

Business Analyst : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or similar.
  • Experienced in managing small to medium-size projects.
  • Knowledge of business processes, system development, process improvements and change management.
  • Experience in supporting the functional aspects within the Software Development Lifecycle
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a business analyst demonstrating the use of data to make business decisions.
  • Experience with SQL and working with a relational database system.
  • Intermediate programming skills. Ideally C++, Java, or Python with some additional scripting experience such as Bash or Perl.
  • Experience in UNIX/LINUX and Windows environments.

 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Conduct analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into functional system requirements.
  • Perform market, data, technical, and technology option analysis and recommendations.
  • Create relevant documentation, including but not limited to, user stories/use cases, wireframes, screen mockups, process flow documents, and data flow diagrams.
  • Define key business processes and identify metrics and success measures for those key business processes.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of business process and functional needs, conduct industry-based research and data analysis, and determine options and alternatives for technology solutions to meet those business needs.
  • Create 2D technical drawings and modify existing drawings as needed.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Utilize NX software (or other CAD programs) for drafting and design tasks.
  • Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions.
  • Implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Lead and support manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Involves control system hardware circuit design and embedded control software development
