Qualifications & Skills :
- The candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields
- Data Extraction by Engineering drawing reading
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Industrial Production.
- Graduation Years: 2023 or 2024, 2025
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% throughout academics with no active backlogs.
- Documentation: Original graduation mark sheets and provisional degree certificates must be available before onboarding.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in analyzing data and preparing reports.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Capture Manufacturing related commodities by referring various engineering drawings helpful in Should Cost and Inventory requirements.
- Data extraction from engineering drawings would focus on the ability to extract and interpret data from technical drawings to support tasks like cost estimation, design verification, and material ordering.
- Data management using Advanced Excel Formulas
- Raw material and Finish weight Calculation
- Analyzing and Deciding Various Manufacturing process
- Data Capturing of Various Special processes
- Develop and maintain part cost estimates
- Conduct teardowns of competing product
- Present results from ongoing individual workgroup competitive assessments
- Collaborate with the Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Engineering
- Global Supply Management divisions in developing and maintaining cost methods and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the VECE COE to implement solutions and drive the successful execution of component engineering initiatives
