Job Description:

As a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to understand and resolve their technical queries via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Effective English oral communication skills.
  • Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
  • Must be able to prioritise and complete all job requirements.
  • Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
  • Ability to display positive attitude continually.
Note:
  • This requirement is to work in the US time zone – selected candidates should be open about working in night shifts
  • 2026 Graduates are not eligible to apply for this position
  • The Level-1 interview (Written Test) process will be held in Coimbatore. Venue, Date & Time will be notified a week prior to the test process. Please note that the location of work will be Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

  • Answering customer queries through phone, e-mail & chat about product features and capabilities.
  • Helping customers with basic troubleshooting, configuration difficulties and advanced technical issues in the product by working closely with the development team.
  • Prompt communication of customer requirements to the development team.
  • Provide voice-based and email-based technical support to international clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding Zoho’s suite of products.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product features or enhancements.
  • Work closely with product teams to escalate and follow up on critical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
  • Document and track support tickets using Zoho Desk or similar platforms.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new features.
